How do I receive my Software?
After checkout, your digital Software delivery will be delivered automatically.
Are these digital products?
Yes. Blackstar sells downloadable digital Software, along with a license key. No physical item is shipped.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds for digital downloads are limited. If there is a delivery issue, contact support with your order details. Refunds, if permitted, will be compensated in the format of website credit.
How often are Products updated?
They are kept up to date per game update and when needed. All the updates are posted in the discord channel.
Is there customer support if I run into problems?
Yes, we provide help directly through our Discord server. You can join and open a support ticket to get assistance from our team.
